Open Driver Dashboard

  • Login → Dashboard → Driver.
  • See assigned trips, ongoing trip, and completed history.

Subscription

  • Free trial: 30 days — starts instantly. Or pay monthly fee via UPI + UTR.
  • Owner–driver may use vehicle owner subscription.

Find work — Search Driver

  • Dashboard → 🔍 Search Driver → Apply for Job tab (Driver role required in Profile).
  • Enter your city, pincode, and message — experience, licence, vehicle types you drive.
  • Optional: enter a vehicle owner mobile to apply to one owner, or leave blank for area-wide listing.
  • Owners see applications and can contact you. Keep Profile city/pincode updated.

Start assigned trip

  • Owner assigns → tap Start Trip.
  • Enter start date and start KM reading.

During the trip

  • Add advance / tourist payment received.
  • Add trip expenses — diesel, toll, etc.

Complete trip

  • Enter end date, end KM (must be ≥ start KM), allowance.
  • Complete Trip → bill generated. Print invoice if needed.

Handover to owner

  • Submit cash to owner on completed trip row.
  • Owner must Accept Cash — until then it stays pending.
  • Self (owner–driver): no handover step.

Conductor role (bus agencies)

  • If your travel agency adds you as Conductor staff, open 🎫 Conductor / Tickets from the agency menu.
  • Today's trips show as one row per route (e.g. Onward + Return) — tap to open.
  • Tap From stop, then To stop on the compact stop grid (2–3 per row).
  • Use + / − for passenger count (1–20). Cash or UPI payment.
  • Monthly pass: Scan QR on passenger pass or enter mobile / pass no (1 person only).
  • At bottom: Switch route track (Onward ↔ Return) when owner created both legs.
  • End of leg: count cash, add expenses, close track & print handover for owner.

💡 Quick tips

  • Keep KM readings accurate for meter billing.
  • Set Driver UPI ID in Profile — used automatically on agency UPI tickets (no UPI form on conductor screen).
  • Pass QR scan needs camera permission and HTTPS on the conductor phone.
  • Use Search Driver → Apply for Job to reach vehicle owners looking for drivers.
  • On group tours: Driver role is excluded from expense settlement.
