Group tours — expenses, deposits & settlements
Free tours: 3 per account, auto-approved — ledger opens instantly.
Paid tours: admin verifies UTR before ledger opens.

Register & login
- Open the Tour App and tap Register (name, 10-digit mobile, 4-digit PIN).
- Login with mobile + PIN. Use Keep me logged in for faster access.
- Optional: Install app to home screen from the top menu.

Create a new tour
- Dashboard → + Create New Tour.
- Enter tour name and expected number of persons.
- Free trial: up to 3 tours — tap Use Free Version (no payment).
- Paid: pay via UPI, enter amount + 12-digit UTR, submit for admin verification.

Ready vs pending (dashboard)
- Free trial tours: auto-approved instantly — status shows Ready, open Ledger right away.
- Paid tours: Pending UTR until admin verifies your payment.
- Rejected tours: contact admin — ledger stays closed.

Ledger — add expenses
- Open Ledger on a Ready tour.
- Tap Add Expense → date, who paid, amount, description.
- Optional receipt photo. Per-person share updates automatically.

Deposits & add friends
- Add Deposit when one member pays another directly.
- Add Friends → mobile of registered user.
- Tourist = shares costs. Driver = cab only, excluded from split.

Settlement & Excel
- See who paid, deposits, and final balance per member.
- Final Settlements shows who pays whom.
- Member Ledger = your personal view. Excel → Simple or Formatted export.

Book a Car (search & rent)
- Dashboard → 🚗 Book Car (works without a group tour).
- Enter pickup city + 6-digit pincode → tap Check Nearby Cars or browse listed cars within 10 km.
- Optional: tap a car card to pre-select it. Fill name, mobile, destination, pickup & return dates.
- Tap Send Rent Request → admin or vehicle owner contacts you. Track status under My Car Bookings.
- When quotation arrives → review fare → Confirm Booking or Decline. Assigned = car & driver details shown.

Search Driver
- Dashboard → 🔍 Search Driver.
- Search tab: enter city + pincode → choose Within 10 km, Same city / area, or All over India.
- Results show driver name, mobile, distance — tap Call or WhatsApp to contact directly.
- Request Driver tab (login required): send trip dates, persons, vehicle type & notes to Tour App admin.
- Add city & pincode in Profile for better default search results.
💡 Quick tips
- Use View All on the ledger to open all forms at once.
- Book Car and Search Driver are separate from group tour ledger — use them for cab hire outside the tour.
- Free trial: 3 tours per account (one-time), auto-approved — no admin wait.
- Paid tours show Pending UTR on dashboard until admin verifies payment.
